Making vinegars

Throughout the summer, Collectif 6.35 will be hosting a series of herbalist and distillation workshops that make you discover the mysterious world of medicinal plants, natural health and beauty products. On Sunday 21 August, you will learn to make the "Vinegar 4 robbers", a vinegar that would have saved people from the plague. Collectif 6.35 invites you to delve into the history of the vinegar and recreate it using herbs from the medicinal garden under the guidance of a passionate herbalist.
