The Zuloark collective is collaborating with the inhabitants and urban gardeners in the community association of Carré Tillens, to explore their needs and wishes for future activities. A Parliament – a temporary space of exchange and debate - will be designed and built in collaboration with the residents and CAPS Uccle for June 25th.
