As an introduction, we will practice a series of 24 "Taoist exercises" to stretch and warm-up, associated with breathing. After a short demonstration, we will learn the different figures of Tai Chi Chuan with the help of Françoise and her students.

About the School Wu Ming: "We have been practicing Tai Chi Chuan Yang style for over 15 years, first at the ITCCA of Master Chu King Hung, then within the Belgian Association of Tai Chi Chuan. We are open to other teachings such as the pushing-hands method by Master Hung Shu in the United States, Taiji Bang warm-up exercises in the Shen style, the Idogo® stick of Master Tjoa, traditional Chinese medicine explained and practiced by Régis Blin, Kriya Yoga. Our aim is to join forces in order to transmit the best of what we have received, in a concern for educational quality, friendliness within our school and openness to other schools and other related practices."
