Beatrice Catanzaro

Beatrice Catanzaro’s practice focuses on activating co-creative processes and situations of mutual learning. She has researched and produced works throughout Europe, the Middle East and India. Her work has been exhibited in international venues such as Manifesta7 (at the MART Museum of Rovereto), Fundação Gulbenkian in Lisbon and the Espai d'Art Contemporani de Castelló (EACC) in Spain. Between 2010 and 2015 she lived in Palestine, where she was teaching at the International Art Academy of Palestine (Ramallah) and where she co-initiated the women's centre and social enterprise Bait al Karama in the old city of Nablus. She is currently a PhD research candidate at the Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, UK.
